cup whole wheat flour |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine flours, powdered milk, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, combine oil,barley malt, water, egg and quinoa. Mix well. Using a wire whisk, quickly stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. DO NOT OVERMIX Spoon into well-oiled muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes. |
