dome with him in Cleveland, OH in 1968 and eventually becoming his architectural
partner for 30 years in the firm Fuller, Sadao and Zung. Today, Thomas shares
Bucky's unique history, original designs and unparalleled insights in a powerful
presentation on "doing more with less". He currently serves on the Board
of the Buckminster Fuller Institute, is a Stanford University Library fellow and
the author of "Buckminster Fuller: Anthology for a New Millennium"

Dr. Murphy began working with Jacques and Jean-Michel Cousteau in 1968. Since
that time, he has had the role of scientist, photographer, writer, educator and
program director on countless projects. Most recently, he has focused his work
on the coral reefs and how they can be viewed in the context of human cities...dynamic
ecosystems where forces of competition, destruction and decay are balanced with
cooperation, repair and rejuvenation. There are lessons for all of us concerned
about making our communities more sustainable. |
